Flipping Out with Jeff Lewis! We're not as*___s making closets
We are just sipping Qupé Marsanne
SIP.WATCH.TWEET™

"I'm not afraid to lose you."

Is Jeffrey on a firing blitz? First, soon to be bride, now ex-employee Sarah Is it Trace's time now? It could be, I mean, when asked if he should bring anything to his evaluation Jeff answered "...maybe diapers."Jeff said  Click to Preview Trace Bashing.

"...He's consumed by stress."

Jeff's woes don't end with the "Trace-formation". The transformation of Chaz from zen stylist to crazed client takes Jeff and Jenni aback at first. Jeff then realizes with his grand opening party only a day away he's over reacting to things because of the stress of it all.

"I don't believe anyone at anytime."-Jeff's Brother, Todd

Now on to the SIP in SIP.WATCH.TWEET™

Qupé Marsanne, Santa Ynez Valley

Radiating sheer color hues of charteuse and citrine in your glass, this mostly Marsanne and some Rousanne screams summer. Your initial encounter of the aroma will confirm it was aged in oak. A blend of almond and vanilla extract, both with a back drop of New York City vendor roasted coconut and floral honeysuckle. The taste borrows the same fragrance of almond along and adds honey roasted hazelnut, apricot and white peach. Lower in alcohol than other medium bodied wine it still gives you a medium bodied mouth feel with an equally smooth finish your palate. Qupe Marsanne has silky finish ending with an acidic kick of kumquat.

Now let's SIP Qupé Marsanne. WATCH Flipping Out and TWEET about it!

It's a Big Brother Eviction SIP.WATCH.TWEET™ Bye, Bye Dominic!...hopefully

It's an Eviction SIP.WATCH.TWEET™ with St. Supery Virtu '09 White Meritage

RIP Evel Dick
RIP Keith
RIP Thirteen [aka Cassi]
RIP [I hope] Dominic

Sure, he's cute, in fact if he didn't have such a baby face and wasn't a self-proclaimed 25-year old virgin who lives with his mother he'd be down right sexy. However, Dominic has made several BB errors in this game that has me on the Evict-Dominic team: 1. As soon as Keith was evicted, instead of asking the newbies outright who went against the alliance, he immediately went scurrying up to the veterans. 2. He sold out Adam and went total "two-faced", lying to his partner repeatedly without even asking him if he switched his "Keith/Porsche" vote. Meanwhile, it was Shelly all along who went against the get-rid-of-Porsche pact. 3. He has a girlfriend outside the Big Brother house, yet every time you turn around he's in the hammock with Dani, in the bed with Dani, cuddling with Dani and showering with Dani. Okay, I made the last one up but you get the picture. Lastly, 4. He made the ridiculous, fatal error and THREW THE VETO competition even though HE was on the block!

If I have my way, this is how tonight will go: Dominic will be evicted and Jeff will win POV. I know my last Sip Watch Tweet blog said I wanted the newbies to jump on board, but it appears they are just dead in the water. Actually, since Jeff & Jordan walked through the front door I was Team JJ. It would just be a better game if the newbies weren't allowing the veterans to mop the floor with them and use them like puppets in a puppet show. Other than Shelly being the Big Brother housekeeper, all the newbies are useless. They do nothing, win nothing and act as if they know nothing* about Big Brother.

*I know it's supposed to be "anything" but I was sticking to the "nothing".

St. Supery Virtu White Meritage

The bordeaux-like blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc is essential summer sipping. Shimmering sheer hues of banana yellow and amber in your glass. This white meritage gives a bouquet of pomelo, white nectarine and yellow peach. The mouthfeel is crisp with flavors of quince, mangosteen, tangerine and meyer lemon. The finish ends with a note of oak and lemon meringue pie.

A pox on Vile Brenchel

The newbies really have to get it together! They have not won a HOH competition, they threw a veto competition on the bullied advice of Brenchel sending Keith home. They didn't stick to the original newbie "renegade" alliance and sent Thirteen [aka Cassi Colvin] packing. The veterans are picking them off one by one and they are allowing it, even aiding them with it. It's as if they have never seen a Big Brother show. With the exception of evicted Thirteen, I could do a better job than any of the newbies.

Shelly is too "star struck" and is too busy idolising all of them instead of strategically allying herself with the best players. , Kaila kisses the veteran's butts-and not in a way where she forms an alliance with ONE couple. Kaila kisses the butt of Brenchel <Brendon & Rachel>, JJ <Jeff & Jordan> and Danni. Dominic has a hard on for Danni and doesn't get that she knows how to play the game...and HIM! You think she didn't learn anything from her dad? Please, the apple never falls far from the tree. Adam, oh Adam. I don't see he has any strategy at all, same with Lawan. Speaking of Lawan, I've said it on twitter, I'll say it here: Chill out with the stereotypical, loud, flamboyant, ghetto, Ebonics speaking Black gay guy. It's over, SO over and all of us are over you.

I have always been a fan of Jeff & Jordan since their first season. Loved them on Amazing Race and I love them now. I am absolutely Team JJ but its no fun to see they same witch, oops I mean house guest, win every single competition she plays. GET WITH IT NEWBIES...otherwise, GET PACKING!

Hagafen '10
Riesling Devoto Vineyard

Most non-Jews think "kosher wine" is just that syrupy sweet fermented grape juice they sell during Passover. Try this wine and you'll see kosher wine can be absolutely amazing.

A fallacy some have is that all Rieslings are a very sweet wine. Yes, you will find most German Rieslings are indeed sweet, but Californian Rieslings slide down to the dry side of the taste spectrum. Napa Valley Hagafen is the latter and all of Hagafen wines are not only kosher but are from organically farmed grapes.

This Riesling is very summer friendly, it even looks like summer in your glass. It glistens chartreuse and citrine color hues when pouring the chilled to 47F Riesling into your slightly chilled glass. It's passion fruit, guava, pineapple and lychee bouquet sends you on a virtual trip to the islands. Your palate is in for a similar treat that starts at your first sip. Mango, sugar apple and star fruit notes are well balanced and has just a touch of smooth sweetness. Full in your mouth with a long finish that has lingering whispers of papaya.

Just remember, you don't have to be Jewish to drink kosher and you don't have to be vegan to drink organic, you just have to have good taste. *smile*

Let's SIP our Hagafen Riesling, WATCH Rachel terrorize the Big Brother house and TWEET about it! Hashtag #CBSBigBrother #BB13 #SipWatchTweet #TeamJJ

It's A Vegas Bachelorette Party and Vulnerable...Jeff?! SIP.WATCH.TWEET™

Jeff Loves Zoila

A Vulnerable Jeff?! Flipping Out SIP.WATCH.TWEET™
With Roederer Estate L'Ermitage Rose

Sarah's wedding is a-comin' so of course the gang is throwing her a bachelorette party! Where? A Las Vegas strip club! The boys [Gage and Jeff] looked so uncomfortable with the strippers. Oh, did I mention this was a FEMALE strip joint? Jeff admits his unease when he says "Sarah, was more comfortable with the strippers than we were...In fact, she enjoyed them. She may want to rethink this <marriage>."Preview and Judge for Yourself

We see a rare gem tonight, REAL melancholy emotions and vulnerability from Jeff. Not even when Jeff's ex-business partner and boyfriend, Ryan Brown betrayed him did we see Jeff at his most vulnerable. When Zoila doesn't immediately wake up out of anaesthesia, Jeff is visably worried and tearful. It looked as though he was almost in a panic, he paid for Zoila's cosmetic surgery for her birthday. Could Jeff be running through that in his mind? That if the worse should happen, it was somehow HIS fault? For the first time in four seasons, you want to just hug him and tell him everything will be okay. Click To Preview a Lovable Jeff

Roederer Estate L'Ermitage Rose

This Northern California sparkling wine is brought to us by the producers of the champagne house of Louis Roederer. All of the quality of Cristal Champagne, with half of the cost. The winemaker is no stranger to the House of Roederer, as he interned there while in school for both viticulture and enology. All grown up he now brings his education AND experience to the Roederer Estate as a master winemaker.

Mostly Chardonnay grapes topped off with macerated Pinot Noir, giving it faint, almost sheer color hues of salmon and cotton candy. The tiny bubbles, indicating superiority, bring aromas of challah, panettone and dutch apple pie. The taste is complex and round with layers of citrus and vanilla notes; key lime pie, satsuma, kumquat and pound cake . On the finish it has flavors of fennel and star anise. The finish leaves your palate on an invigorating and pleasing acidic note.

Veto Competition/Ceramony Big Brother SIP.WATCH.TWEET™

Win the Veto...USE the Veto?
Big Brother SIP.WATCH.TWEET™
with Baldacci '09 Frederich Gewürztraminer

Jordan winning HOH!
I am definitely pro-Veteran [with the exception of Rachel & Brenden] and my favorite team is Jeff & Jordan. I was overjoyed when Jordan won HOH! Although some say she shouldn't win because she already won Big Brother, I would be elated if her and Jeff took the win.

The more I watch on CBS and especially on Showtime After Dark, I am hating the newbies more and more. The only two newbies I like are on opposite teams. I like Thirteen [aka Cassi] and Adam. Dominic lost my respect for bailing on the newbies pact and prostituting himself to Rachel. Shelly lost my respect for voting against the Newbie allegiance and promise. I hated Porshe and Lawan from the get-go...

Because I watch After Dark, I already know who won the veto and if he/she used it but I won't give you any spoilers.

Baldacci Family Vineyards '09 Frederich Gewürztraminer
Don't mistake this for the sticky sweet German Gewürztraminer it is pleasantly bone dry. It gives translucent dandelion and canary yellow color hues in your glass. The nose is more perfume than a simple aroma, honeysuckle and pommelo dominates the fragrance. The taste has a pleasing stone-like mouth-feel with the flavors of Bartlet pears, candied ginger, Meyer lemon peel with acidic notes of pink grapefruit. The wine layers over a slight hint of nutmeg and quince on the back end. The finish is short and crisp and will leave you refreshed even in the heat of a summer day.

It's a Million Dollar Season Finale SIP.WATCH.TWEET™ with Robert Foley Pinot Blanc

"There must be an easier way to make a living."
Million Dollar Decorators Season Finale SIP.WATCH.TWEET™
Robert Foley '09 Pinot Blanc

Say it ain't so Bravo! This is the LAST show of the season, I hope it won't go by the wayside as did 9 By Design [loved that show!]. Tonight both Kathryn and Jeffrey have problems with their clients blaming them for things that could not be their fault. Watching the previews with Kathryn speaking to her design coordinator on the phone I couldn't concentrate on her conversation because of her massive knockers! Kathryn is STACKED and loves to show them off! Jeffrey, poor Jeffrey. His client laid into him so badly it led him to say to his gorgeous partner Ross, "...There must be an easier way to make a living." Click Here to Preview Jeff's Frustration

I'm going to miss Martyn's "dahhling", Nathan and Mary's design aesthetic, Kathryn's love of alcohol and one of the cutest couple in reality TV history, second only to Jeff and Jordon of CBS' Big Brother-- Jeffrey and Ross. I'm begging Andy Cohen, please renew the MDD so we can continue to Sip Watch and Tweet Million Dollar Decorators!

Now time for the SIP of Sip Watch Tweet! with Robert Foley Vineyards '09 Pinot Blanc

This Pinot Blanc has pale straw and goldenrod color hues in your glass. The aroma a fragrant blend of cherimoya and mango. The nose on this wine is nothing but fruit which continues onto the taste, pure fruit. A soft fruity blend of lychee, kiwi, sugar apple and on the back end, banana. The mouth-feel is mineral and silky, the finish is long and leaves a slight lingering of mango. It's smooth and satisfying and a great summer wine choice.

Now let us SIP Robert Foley Pinot Blanc, WATCH Million Dollar Decorators and TWEET about it! Hashtag #MDD #SipWatchTweet

It's Hometown Dates Bachelorette SIP.WATCH.TWEET™

The Bachelorette SIP.WATCH.TWEET™ with Bonny Doon '10 Vin Gris de Cigare

Tonight we see Ames [Portfolio Manager from New York City], Ben [Winemaker from Sonoma], J.P. [Construction Manager from New York State] and Constantine [Restaurateur from Atlanta] going on their "hometown" dates. We will see the men with their families and Ashley answering questions from protective friends and family. She will definitely be on the hot seat, I wonder how she will do.

Ashley has had quite the roller coaster ride, it seems almost every episode she's doubting, crying, sulking, lamenting about something. Ashley appears to be extremely high maintenance and emotionally unstable I actually feel empathy for the men of this year's Bachelorette. Although, to me the contestants of this show and The Bachelor usually fall into these three categories: Fame whores looking for their 15 minutes of fame, those promoting their business/brand and those who are stone cold nuts looking for a husband/wife in 15 minutes. So, they kind of get what they deserve...

Now for the SIP of SIP.WATCH.TWEET™

Bonny Doon '10 Vin Gris de Cigare
This gorgeous Rose is a blend that includes Grenache Blanc which is one of the reasons why the color is so sheer. It glows a barely there translucent mix of carnation pink and pale apricot in your glass. The aroma, a seductively sweet fragrance of Hawaiian yellow ginger blossoms, strawberries and basil. Almost summer in a glass with it's light bodied mouth feel and summer fruit notes. You'll taste layers of Bing cherries, dragonfruit and Fuji apple. The finish is lush yet crisp and leaves you with pommelo and clementine on the back end.

You can order this Rose here: Bonny Doon Vineyards
