Nominees for the 83rd Academy Awards SIP. WATCH. TWEET™

83rd Academy Awards SIP. WATCH. TWEET™ with Pol Roger Brut Rosé

Almost as golden as Oscar himself Pol Roger Brut Rose has an  intense golden pink color. Almost as bold and powerful as Jesse Eisinberg's real life character Mark Zuckerberg the nose is ripe and full of berry flavors. Flavors of uber ripe strawberry and raspberry. It is intense and in your face. The taste however has 0.0 berries in it, it is filled with dried apricot and spearmint notes. Mint notes like that of a Cuban Mojito that my beshert loves so much. Champagne usually has a crisp, short, sharp finish; however this one has a pleasant long finish that ends with a "Black Swan"-like berry flavor.

53rd Annual Grammy Music Awards--SIP.WATCH.TWEET.™

Piper-Heidsieck Cuvee Sublime. The Wine of Tonight's Grammys

 SIP.WATCH.TWEET.™

Victory is sweet and so is Sublime. The nose opens with a bouquet of spring fresh violets blended with honeycomb. So fragrant and feminine, it'd be a sensational women's fragrance. If you've ever taken the chocolate off of a Milky Way bar and smelled it, that blend of nougat and caramel would remind you of this champagne. The color that seems to hold the tiny bubbles in your glass is melted copper and gold. The initial impression is soft and round on your tongue. A blend of candied grapefruit and vanilla at first taste, middle notes are more of a sweet spice blend of cinnamon and nutmeg finishing with dried pineapple.
